The Berkeley Center for Control and Identification is a research laboratory at the University of California at Berkeley in the Mechanical Engineering Department.

The BCCI focuses on control theory, including but not limited to: System Identification, Robust Control, and Optimization Theory/Application.

DataCollaboration Analysis techniques for combining models, experimental data and uncertainty from multiple sources.
Fault Detection for Nonlinear Systems Develop state estimation strategies to be used for fault detection in nonlinear systems.
Integration of Renewable Generation into Electricity Markets We are working on technologies and market mechanisms to mitigate the variability associated with renewable generation.
